Joinier is a tool to build visual spaces — small showcases of what you do, with photos, video, text, links and files. Each space works like a mini landing page you can share anywhere with its own link.

Yes. Creating your profile and your spaces is free, with no limit on how many you make. Joinier Pro is an optional subscription that adds more room and a few extra tools — but you never need it to use Joinier.

No. Anyone with the link can open and view your space or profile — no account needed. An account is only required to download content (so you can see who downloaded it).

Public spaces are listed on your profile. Hidden spaces are not listed anywhere — they only open for someone who has the direct link. Hidden is "unlisted", not secret: anyone with the exact link can still open it.

Yes. From a space you can share a contribution link or QR so anyone — even without an account — can add their photos and videos straight to it. You stay in control of the space.

Always. Add a Video block and you choose how: paste a link or embed code from another platform (YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram…), which is free and unlimited; or, with Joinier Pro, upload your own video in HD to play right inside your space.

An embedded video lives on the other platform (with its branding and ads) and plays through their player — free for everyone. An uploaded video is hosted by Joinier and plays clean inside your space, ad-free, with no time limit and no third-party logos — that's a Pro feature.

Pro adds room and tools: 4K video instead of 1080p (and photos at their largest), 20 GB of storage (instead of 1 GB), full metrics with the whole history, downloadable files that stay up for as long as you're subscribed (on Free they expire after 3 days, WeTransfer-style), master blocks you can reuse across spaces, compositions with no Joinier mark, and high-resolution photo originals that never expire. Uploading photos and video is free on every plan. Everything else stays free too.

Yes, in one tap from the Plan page — no calls, no emails. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account moves to Free automatically. You can go back to Pro whenever you want.

No. Nothing you already created is deleted or hidden. Pro limits only apply going forward. In detail:

• Your 4K videos keep playing — for you and for anyone visiting — in 4K, exactly as before. They are never removed or re-encoded; new uploads simply go back to 1080p.
• Your photos stay visible at full display quality. (Only the extra hidden high-resolution original file, for photos older than 7 days, becomes Pro-only — the photo everyone sees does not change.)
• Spaces over the free size limit stay online. You simply can't upload new files to them until you're under the limit again or renew Pro.
• Master blocks you already made keep working. You just can't create new ones on Free.
• Spaces already published stay public.

The only visible changes on Free: the small "Made with Joinier" mark comes back, and the detailed metrics view returns to the basic summary (your data is not deleted). That's it.

Pro is a small monthly fee, shown on the Plan page. Payment is handled securely by Stripe — Joinier never sees your card details. You can manage your card and invoices, or cancel, from that same page at any time.

No. When you cancel, you keep all Pro features until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that date your account switches to Free — nothing you created is touched.
