Legal notice and terms of use

Last updated: 20 July 2026

These terms govern the use of Joinier. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

Joinier is a service operated by:

  • Company name: [pending — company name, S.L.]
  • Tax ID (CIF): [pending — CIF]
  • Registered address: [pending — address, postcode, city]
  • Registry details: [pending — Companies Register of [city], Volume/Sheet/Page]
  • Contact: hola@joinier.app [confirm email]

2. What Joinier is

Joinier is a tool to create spaces: visual showcases where you present what you do — with photos, video, text, links and files — and share them through a link. Each space works like a small web page you control.

Joinier is a technology provider: we host and display the content you publish so you can share it. We do not create that content, we do not review it beforehand and we are not responsible for it, nor for the relationships or transactions you establish with the people you share your spaces with.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to sign up.
  • You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for the security of your password and for all activity on your account.
  • One person, one account. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts on their behalf.

4. Code of conduct

By using Joinier you agree not to:

  • Publish content that is illegal, offensive, violent, sexual, discriminatory or that infringes third-party rights.
  • Harass, threaten or impersonate other users.
  • Use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
  • Attempt to access systems, data or accounts that do not belong to you.

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these rules.

5. Your spaces and content

  • You can create spaces and choose, for each one, whether it is Public (listed on your profile) or Hidden (unlisted — reachable only with its direct link). Hidden is not the same as private: anyone with the exact link can open it.
  • You can invite other people to add photos or videos to a space through a contribution link. You remain responsible for the space and the content in it.
  • Anyone with the link can view a space; downloading content requires a free account.
  • Free accounts include generous limits; Joinier Pro increases them (see section 6). When a subscription ends, the content you already created is not deleted — the higher limits simply stop applying to new uploads.

6. Joinier Pro (subscription)

  • Joinier Pro is a paid subscription (€9.99/month) that unlocks additional features.
  • It is charged on a recurring basis through Stripe until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account; you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Right of withdrawal: as this is digital content/services that begin immediately with your consent, you may lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once you start using Pro features, in accordance with consumer law.

7. Content you publish

The photos, videos and text you upload remain yours. By publishing them, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, free license to host and display them within the app in order to provide you with the service (for example, showing your space to the people you share it with).

You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you upload and that you have the consent of the people who appear in it.

8. Liability

Joinier is a tool to publish and share content. You are responsible for what you publish and for how you use your spaces. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joinier is not liable for the content published by users, for third-party content embedded in spaces (for example, videos hosted on other platforms), or for the relationships or transactions between users.

We also do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or free of errors, although we work to make it so.

9. Account closure and suspension

You can stop using Joinier and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms. If the change is significant, we will let you know. Continued use of the app after the update implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer law provides for another jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
